All referrals to Wessex Regional Care Limited are assessed by a member of our team to determine their suitability for support.

Following the referral being received, the referrer will be contacted to arrange a suitable date and venue for us to complete our initial assessment.

Any recent assessments will be requested as part of this process, all information received will remain private and confidential.

Once the face to face assessment has been completed it, along with all our relevant information such as location and financial viability, will be used to determine is Wessex is able to deliver the requested support.

We always inform the referrer of the outcome be it positive or negative.
